Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium beetroot peeled, boiled and chopped
  • 1 orange peeled and segmented
  • 3-4 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 small apple optional, for added sweetness
  • 1/2 cucumber optional, for extra hydration
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger optional, for a hint of spice
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon optional, for brightness

Instructions
 

  • Boil the beetroot
  • Prepare Ingredients: Rinse all produce thoroughly. Peel the orange, then chop all ingredients into pieces that fit in your juicer.
  • Juicing: Feed the beetroot, celery, orange, apple, cucumber, and ginger (if using) through your juicer. Stir well to combine.
  • Add Lemon: Squeeze in fresh lemon juice to taste.
  • Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor and nutrient boost!
