Ingredients

  • 1 medium size Potato
  • 1 medium size Red Onion
  • 1 Green Onion
  • Parsley
  • 3 Garlic clove
  • Coriander
  • 3 Hot Green Pepper
  • 1.5 cup Chickpeas Flour
  • Spices: Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper, Ground Coriander, Cumin, Paprica, Tumeric
  • Water
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Chop all of your chosen veggies into long, thin slices, and put them in a large mixing bowl
  • Add the spices, the amount depends on your liking. I like it spicy, so I add more Red Pepper
  • Add a generous of Ground Coriander
  • Add Chickpeas flour, and give it a good mix
  • Gradually add water, a little at a time, and mix until you achieve a thick batter-like consistency.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop spoonfuls of the pakora batter into the hot oil. Fry in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
  • Fry the pakoras until they turn golden brown and crispy, flipping occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  • Once the pakoras are cooked to perfection, remove them from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  • Enjoy the crispy goodness of homemade vegetable pakoras with family and friends!

Notes

Feel free to customize the vegetable selection according to your preferences. Other popular options include cauliflower florets, bell peppers, and sliced eggplant.
