High doses of caffeine can lead to temporary spikes in heart rate and blood pressure. What happens is that your cortisol levels increases as you drink your morning coffee, ESPECIALLY MORNING. Because you wake up already with high cortisol. Moreover, coffee leeches magnesium and calcium, huge contributor factor to dehydration, to heart malfunction and to imbalance heart beats.
– Anxiety and Jitters:
and that goes to the reason that coffee depletes you from vitamin B1. This vitamin is responsible of making you calm.
– Dependency and Withdrawal:
My first reason is that I avoid drinking coffee. Regular coffee consumption can lead to caffeine dependence, causing withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, and irritability when consumption is reduced or stopped abruptly.
And there something that was quite surprising to me, is that coffee has high levels of molds. The more processed, the more molds it contains. Causing a disruption in your bodyβs system

Good article! I know I get an upset stomach if I drink coffee without eating anything. Oh and really bad headaches if I go without coffee.
I quit coffee pregnant with our daughter and still don’t drink it anymore. I have found that I am more sensitive now if I get any caffeine and realize it was affecting me more than I thought. I have found a caffeine-free more natural alternative for when I miss it. Nice info.

I can’t say coffee is not bad unless you reach to the point where you can’t live without it!!! and those side effects apear…
