Benefits of Healthy Lifestyle

benefits of healthy lifestyle

I believe that everyones thinks a healthy lifestyle is hard to follow, impossible, and worthless. And I know that a lot of people wonder why would you follow a healthy lifestyle and cut out all the joy that french fries brings, or chocolates, or coffee… forgetting that first, Elimination does not mean healthy and second, a healthy lifestyle is the normal lifestyle. It is the lifestyle that everyones should have and enjoy. And What is the ALIEN or intruder, is the lifestyle we are living now as it is normal…. Here are some benefits of a healthy lifestyle that could encourage you to make some changes… You can then  start with 5 tips to a healthy lifestyle.

Benefits of healthy lifestyle:

Improve mental health

Everyone lives with one or another sort of stress. And to overcome this stress is to cope with it in a healthy manner. You won’t be able to do so, if you are so hectic and not following a healthy lifestyle. Sleeping well, eating well, spending time with family and friends, going out for a walk, reading, cooking, exercising, breathing, praying, all which will make you think straight and drive you out from what is called depression, stress, mood swings, anxiety, etc…

Boost your mood

Continuing on… healthy lifestyle, healthy food, healthy environment, healthy routine are all a reason for a healthy mindset. Strong mindset. Happy mindset. It has been found, by the way, that a healthy lifestyle increases the production of happy hormones in our body… Is there anything you want other that a happy life???

Improve your physical health

Health is about feeling good about yourself, enduring normal daily tasks, being fit and rarely feeling pain. This visual is barely in our world. Kind of sad to see people in their youth or even teenage ages complaining about their back or knee pain. And what’s worse, they live with it, ignore it… becoming more lazy. Even if it was with no pain. The fact they are so into their phones and computers and not living a real life is already alarming… However, if people from a young age learnt to engage with life… not necessarily going to gym but at least help with home chores, doing bed, walking with a friend, taking a breathing break… are all enough for a healthy lifestyle by the way…

Believe me you’ll love it and will try to improve your physical wellness with time. I started with only cleaning my room, and not daily…but now I enjoy pilates, cardio, badminton, dance, paddle and I look for things that are new and require moving 😉 and I see changes!!

Weight management

As I already mentioned in previous posts, whatever you do for the sake of health is going to make you lose or gain weight, as needed…Meaning maintaining a healthy weight. Any changes you make will eventually result with gradual achievement to a healthy weight.

Just want to note, that healthy weight is the weight that makes you feel confident and good about yourself and does not stop you from performing normal daily activities. I mean, everyone is different and on what weight I feel good about myself could be not the weight that you feel good at even if we are the same age, gender, ethnicity, etc…

You will always have a goal to achieve

Since we already agreed that being healthy keeps your mind straight. I believe it will make you know how you want to live your life to the fullest. And no one can do so, except those who set goals, work hard, and get busy to achieve them. If you are not busy with your goals and your life, believe me, you will be busy in things that will destroy your life. And it’s not a mistake if you still don’t know what you want, but it will be if you are not looking for it.

  1. I converted to toxin-free clean living a little over a year ago and can confirm all these benefits of a healthy lifestyle. I’ve seen a HUGE improvement in my health and even lost weight even though that wasn’t my initial goal with eliminating toxins from my life. Improving my physical health has also improved my mental health and is so worth the effort!
