Ingredients
  

  • 3 small Chicken Breasts
  • 1 big White Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 tbsp Sumac
  • 4 tbsp Pine
  • Parsley
  • air fried Arabic Bread optional
  • Spices: Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper, Ground Coriander, Cumin, Paprica
  • 1 cup Tahini
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • Pomegranate

Instructions
 

  • Boil the Chicken Breast in water, with Salt and Pepper
  • Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes. Add crushed Garlic cloves
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  • Add the chicken strips on the Onions and give a mix with the spices. Then add little of Chicken broth for extra taste
  • Sprinkle Sumac over the onions and the chicken, mix well. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • To prepare the sauce, in a mixing bowl, add tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic clove (optional), salt and pepper to taste. Give it a good mix
  • To assemble the Fetta Chicken Musakhan, place an air fried arabic bread on a serving platter. Spread a layer of caramelized onions and chicken over.
  • Add the sauce over, cover the chicken.
  • Garnish the Fetta Chicken Musakhan with fresh parsley leaves, sumac, pomegranate, and sautéed pines. Enjoy the delicious fusion of flavors and textures!

Notes
